OUR OFFICES
Crystal Vision Center is an optometric practice with two offices located in Williamsport and Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. Owned and operated by Dr. David A. Briggs, Crystal Vision Center provides private practice eye care at discount prices. Dr. Briggs has been providing eye care services in the Central Pennsylvania area since 2003. The optometrists at both offices are currently accepting patients. Dr. Briggs is available for appointments at either location. Dr. Leah M. Warner is available for appointments in the Williamsport office, while Dr. Brittany E. Hall is currently accepting patients in Lock Haven.

The Williamsport office was acquired in November of 2004 and relocated to its current home in October of 2010.

Dr. David A. Briggs

Dr. Brittany E. Hall
Dr. Briggs is local to the area, graduating from Bald Eagle - Nittany High School in 1991. He continued his education at Lycoming College, graduating with his Bachelors of Arts in Biology in 1995. He obtained his Doctorate of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1999 and is currently a licensed optometrist in the state of Pennsylvania with his Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease and Glaucoma certifications.
Dr. Warner hails from southeastern Pennsylvania. She graduated magna cum laude from Lycoming College in 2003 with her Bachelors of Science. She then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2007. She is currently licensed to practice full scope optometry in the state of Pennsylvania, which includes Therapeutics and the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease, including glaucoma.
Dr. Hall graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Biology from Juniata College in 2015 and obtained her Doctorate of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2019. She is currently a licensed optometrist in the state of Pennsylvania with certifications in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease. She specializes in medical optometry and has experience with the treatment of ocular disease including glaucoma and macular degeneration.
